Our Mission
Work to Win Foundation exists to support the coaches and athletes of South Kitsap High School's football programs — providing the gear, uniforms, and resources that make great coaching possible and keep every kid on the field.
South Kitsap's football coaches show up every day for their athletes. They run practices, watch film, build game plans, and invest in kids who are learning what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. Work to Win Foundation was built to invest right back in them.
We started with a simple belief: that the coaches doing this work shouldn't have to do it without the tools they need. So we built a foundation to make sure they don't have to.
